I commit to using the finest materials and employing meticulous craftsmanship in every piece I create. Your satisfaction and the longevity of my products are my top priorities.

What I Guarantee

I guarantee that your Carswell Leathergoods product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for as long as you own it. But if somehow an issue does arise from a defect, I will repair or replace the item, at my discretion, at no cost to you.

Exclusions

Please note that my Lifetime Guarantee does not cover damage resulting from misuse, neglect, accidents, unauthorized alterations, or natural wear and tear. The guarantee is non-transferable and applies only to you as the original owner.

Initiating a Claim

Should you encounter an issue covered by my Lifetime Guarantee, contact me at martin@carswellleathergoods.com . Share the problem and your proof of purchase. I will guide you through the process for a swift resolution.

General repairs

If any damage occurs to your item that is not covered by the Lifetime Guarantee, I will still be happy to repair it, but with a fee for the work done.

Additional services

A cleaning and refurbishment can be requested once every two years. The client will be responsible for any postage costs associated. The cleaning and conditioning are free of charge, but any repairs may require payment depending on the work involved.
